Hospice Care

Compassionate end-of-life care focused on comfort, dignity, and quality of life — supporting the patient and family together across all of LA County.

WeCareLA connects families with trusted hospice providers who deliver holistic, comfort-focused support for individuals with a life-limiting illness. An interdisciplinary care team — including nurses, social workers, chaplains, and trained volunteers — addresses physical symptoms, emotional needs, and spiritual concerns. Our partner providers coordinate with each patient's physician, honor advance directives, chosen family, and cultural traditions. Multilingual and culturally affirming options are available, including specialized support for Latino/Hispanic, LGBTQ+, and HIV-positive communities. Bereavement and grief counseling are available for family members and loved ones after a loss.
